Twenty-five years of progressive technology leadership, and a doctoral dissertation on applying AI to enterprise software delivery.

At Oracle, Dr. Chandra directs AI-enabled engineering for high-profile federal/international health agency and pharmaceutical/commercial clients, with global delivery spanning nine countries.

His record runs from strategy and model deployment through MLOps, governance, and executive reporting in regulated healthcare environments. He personally led the launch of an enterprise AI Center of Excellence and an innovation center, established DentaQuest's first enterprise AI initiative, and generated over $4 million in savings from an AI/automation-enabled operational efficiency platform. Across his career he has managed more than $25 million in budgets. His applied-AI roots go back to IBM, where self-managing applications he built raised infrastructure uptime from 60% to 99%.
